Super King Mattresses

Enjoy generous sleeping space with a super king mattress from Bramley Bed Centre near Guildford. Measuring 6ft wide, a super king mattress provides couples with considerably more individual space than a standard double or king-size mattress.

Our collection includes a wide range of mattress types, comfort levels and support systems, helping you create a comfortable and luxurious sleeping environment.

Standard UK Super King Mattress Size

A standard UK super king mattress measures approximately 6ft wide by 6ft 6in long, or 180cm by 200cm.

The additional width provides each person with approximately the same sleeping width as a standard single mattress. The 200cm length can also provide more room for taller sleepers.

Before ordering, measure your bed frame and check that there is sufficient space around the bed for comfortable movement and bedroom furniture.

Compare Super King Mattress Types

Depending on the model, our super king collection may include:

• Pocket-sprung mattresses
• Memory-foam mattresses
• Natural-latex mattresses
• Hybrid mattresses
• Natural-filling mattresses
• Traditional coil-sprung mattresses
• Pillow-top mattresses

Pocket springs respond independently to pressure and can help reduce movement transfer between sleeping partners. Memory foam offers body-contouring cushioning, while latex provides a more responsive feel. Natural fillings can add breathable comfort.

Choosing a Mattress for Two People

When selecting a super king mattress, both sleepers should consider their preferred firmness, sleeping position and sensitivity to movement.

A mattress that feels firm to one person may feel different to another. Trying different models together can help you find a comfort level that works for both sleepers.

If you require different firmness levels on each side, ask our team about suitable dual-tension or zip-and-link options.

Check Delivery Access

A super king mattress is large, so measure doorways, halls, staircases and corners before ordering. Where access is restricted, a zip-and-link super king mattress may provide a more practical alternative because it is delivered in two sections.

Our team can discuss access requirements and available options before your order is placed.
